Hotel Information

The ACMESA room block at Caesars Virginia has expired, and the discounted rate is no longer available. Attendees may still be able to secure rooms at Caesars at the prevailing rate, based on availability.

To ensure lodging options for our attendees, ACMESA has secured an additional hotel option nearby.

For stays on February 10–11, look no further than The Holbrook.

Parking & Arrival Information

All ACMESA Winter Meeting attendees — whether staying at Caesars Virginia or not — may park near the main entrance at the front of the building for the most convenient access.

Complimentary valet parking is available for:

  • All hotel guests, and

  • Attendees who are driving in for the day or staying at another hotel

When arriving, attendees should let the valet attendant know they are with the ACMESA group. We are confirming final details with the hotel team and will share any additional instructions if needed.

Please note: Guests who park in the parking garage will need to walk through the casino floor to reach the hotel and meeting space. While this is perfectly fine, attendees who are sensitive to smoke may prefer to use the main entrance instead.
