• Member - Associate Member Exhibitor Meeting Fees – $350.00
  6' Table Top (Aug 22 set up time begins at 9 am & first exhibit time at 2:45 pm; August 23rd breakdown after 1:30 pm)
  $350 per table; includes 2 attendees per table.

  Includes: Two-day meeting, breaks, exhibits, cocktails, lunch and a link to meeting materials
• Member - Sponsor Exhibitor Meeting Fees – $350.00
